Abstracts

Abstract of a lecture, an oral presentation or poster, not longer than 1 page (A4), prepared using the template should be sent to the e-mail address of the symposium office (face@uj.edu.pl).

Only previously registered participants may submit an abstract.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS PREPARATION

Abstracts should be prepared using the template in language in which it will be presented during Symposium.
An abstract (including figures, tables and references) written using the template should not be longer than 1 page and its size should not exceed 1 MB.
The name of a presenting person should be underlined.
Images or figures (of good quality, min. 600 dpi) can be saved as .tiff or .pdf formats and should be inserted into the abstract. Formulae and equations should be written using appropriate processors.
Please make sure that nomenclature, units and abbreviations are in agreement with the rules established by IUPAC.
References should be indicated by number(s) in square brackets and numbered in the sequence of their quotation in the text.
An abstract should be saved in the following way e.g.: smith_ john _P1.doc and sent to the e-mail address of the symposium office (face@uj.edu.pl).

The deadline for abstract submission is: May 31, 2016.
